SET-UP AND TAKE-DOWN
You can start setting up Friday, October 18th at 2pm. Earlier dates have to be arranged with the organizer. The set-up has to be completed on Saturday at 11am. The participants commit themselves to be present at their booths until Sunday at 8pm. An earlier take-down is not possible.
The exhibitor is obligated to make sure he has appropriate insurance. We recommend to make an ex-hibitor to cover risks during transportation and your stay. The organizer carries the general liability risk of the convention. He will have a casualty insurance for bodily injury as well as material damage.
Every dealer will be issued one exhibitor pass and one helper pass. These give you access to the cater-ing. For every further pass we charge 50€.
The lease for a booth: (area including table, triple outlet and spotlight)
1 Workstation 320€ ( 2×2 Meter )
2 Workstation 600€ ( 2×4 Meter )
3 Workstations 900€ ( 2×6 Meter )
Per meter = 150€ per meter
More than 6 metered = 130 € per meter
